Seriously, must 100's of people read single problems people may have about arbitrary single issues??
It's not really a forum issue, these posts are personal, boring and spoil the site. The more helpful Dev is, the more he seems to get abused with stuff that interests no one else.
It's a waste of an opportunity to have a direct line to a bookmaker who does respond to address what must be isolated glitches amongst what must be tens of thousands of transactions. In my opinion, of course.

Seriously, must 100's of people read single problems people may have about arbitrary single issues??

I agree Jack,but it shows the extra mile that Hollywood are willing to go..
I emailed Ladrokes in the UK last Thursday and got a automated response saying someone will contact me asap,they eventually contacted me on Monday...

You seem to be a knowledgeable person,however
I think you're out of line here
If you look at my post again,you'll see I waited 3hrs before I posted and then sent details to Dev
I have since heard he was not available...Hibs seeing how he can help now
I have no intent to abuse Dev,he is a great guy and has done so and will definitely again help with problems like these
Unfortunately it is a fact that when you call accounts,some of them are plain USELESS
I hate to sit behind my desk and curse,so I call on Dev and get action
If you posted something like Hibs did,it would've been appreciated
Anyhow its 4 1/2 hours later and I have just lost the opportunity to back Johnny Skull!

Johnny did you at least save yourself money with the transaction being processed late...
I normally send there accounts department (or department i want to contact) a message and its resolved within 10 minutes. They even phone me to make sure all is 100%. (tu) For those that don't know how to get in touch with them from the website go to CONTACT US and choose the department you want to send a message to.... simple.

But then again some of us refused to go fight the terrorists
