I understand the supply and demand issues they have as I have a set of 40 old computaforms I picked up at a bookie...apparently they have to be sent back...and I made a study from them. But now, finding new ones seems a problem... I understand they answer to nobody, as punters will punt even when the world comes to an end...Phumelela and friends are merely the conduit that keeps the tax evaders' boat afloat while the masses bet their last R2, 50 on a wild exotic, hoping to pay the bills. No wonder the government wants to slap taxes and restrictions on the industry. It surely isnt to tax my mediocre winnings...
Hopefully soon, they will put a little something back and make the computaform more accessible and who knows, maybe it helps us pick a few winners.

some CNA also sell but you must look carefully between other mags or ask the MANAGER AND IF THEY DO NOT KNOW THE WORD COMPUTAFORM ASK FOR "THE BOOKS FOR THE HORSES" sometimes they are there but between other mags
not all the CNA has them though
good luck know the feeling

To Prof.
You should be more careful when you call Compuform service useless - I subscribed to Computaform the first day it became available on line and I have had only joy since. See my Order History below:
I think there is greater chance of you being useless at finding what you looking for on the internet than Computaform fitting the picture you draw of them.

The delivery of the weekend's Computaforms is shocking to say the least. For the weekend meetings, you can only get a publication for one meeting out of three available on the Wednesday, the other two meetings, maybe the Thursday (if you lucky), but definitely sometime during Friday. I raised this issue during the Cape Summer season. Sadly there is no telephone number in the book to at least query this (late) delivery issue. Like all services in SA, it's just a "we don't care attitude" and service delivery is non existent.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

@Prof. This is the main reason why I all but gave up on punting on horse racing. Lately my mouth started watering again so I tried to obtain a subscription of Computaform online. Have been at it now for 3 solid days and have not come close to any success..Tried to re-register with different e-mail etc. They then tell you to check your mail for a verification code. Of course that never arrives. I simply do not have the patience to try and talk to an idiot on some "help line". To hell with that. Back to rugga betting

This racing game is run by a bunch of t@t@.
Reading this thread makes me feel the frustration, of an uncaring monopoly, and the 'unfriendly ladies' tugs at a nerve.

After reading the following posts I think you should apologize it seems that there are a problem, also had the same experience still waiting for conformation email.

Re: Re: Computaform?

I am wondering if the management of Computaform will have the balls to respond to this topic
f you live in the flatlands on big race days we do not get Computaforms as they say that the outlets in the city get more issues so by the time they get here nothing left so my question is if there is alack of brain cells in the management to realize that on big race days to print more issues but maybe that is too much to ask
