Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Just discovered that my on-line subscription has expired - renewed it, received the confirmation e-mail immediately and was then able to download - so not sure what all the fuss is about on this thread ? (tu)

well Frodo I am glad that you are so lucky, about 3 weeks ago on a Saturday no Comp were delivered to TAB outlet, must say the last two weeks same problem, apparently they had issues with the company who had to deliver, i wanted to register online filled in all details waited for conformation email which was not forthcoming, so after waiting half an hour I phoned their support desk, was transferred to five different persons, eventually got to somebody who could assist me but could not solve problem then promised me they will phone back on Monday to assist i said to him i will lay him 100/1 no one will call, still waiting for that call.
went to local CNA spoke to manager, their deliveries are done by Allied, who do not deliver to the totes, went their on Monday and got the Comp for the whole week, not a single book at tote for the last two weeks..

I have also renewed my subsription recently with no problems. It looks like the problem is related to someone opening up a new account.
