The Apache (SAF), split horses at the top of the lane, powered to the front of the field, and gamely held off a strong, late charge from Ken Ramsey's Real Solution to cross the line first in the 31st running of the Grade 1 Arlington Million. However, an objection was lodged following the finish of the race against The Apache as he came out off the rail in deep stretch and bumped repeatedly with Real Solution. After the stewards looked at the tape, The Apache was taken down and Real Solution was declared the winner.

Whoever rode him should get shot, on the fence and whipping him Left-Handed, obviously ducked right and goodnight. Certainty beaten.
