Was under the impression that he relocated to KZN as he was 'downsizing'.

Next Tuesday's "Stable Talk",on Tellytrack (06h45) will feature an interview with Charles Laird. He and I go back about 32 years, to the days when we both worked for Sandy Christie at Turffontein. He provides some generous information on several of the horses in his stable, and talks about a forthcoming campaign on the Highveld.
By the way, if anybody has any thoughts or feedback on these programmes (maybe too early in the morning for most people to catch, but they are aimed mainly at trainers) please feel free to express yourself in this forum.

surely you want a bigger audience than that ? And would many of the trainers not be busy getting their yards going?

There are many repeats over the ensuing fortnight, and 06h45 is a little later than the sponsors, Epol, would have liked, but the target audience is apparently getting to see the programme. We put a lot of effort into it, so it would be nice to have a confirmed evening slot as well, but it's the nature of Tellytrack programming that confirmed evening slots are very hard to come by. Thanks for the comment, Mr H.

What would be great is if we could get a dead time schedule so that we could use the PVR - Perhaps a published schedule on the TAB home page - I often miss programs because night racing (uk/Usa) goes on and on and you don't want to watch sections of a program interrupted by a race in the USA

Will have to chat to the people at Tellytrack. The programming is so fluid, in terms of the evening racing schedule that it seems almost impossible to get confirmed screening times, even on the loop, after racing hours.
