Now you see Harry this would be a typically reaction from the operator " bunch of moaning punters " just ignoring the community service on the site and various informative topics and interaction on racing, football, rugby etc

@FH:
'these guys are no to answer to even the government. '
You so right!
As a result, the Min of DTI has called up a special meeting next month with NHA, Grooms Association and other stakeholders since the NHA refuses to co-operate.
What I am surprised about is that the 'journos' of horseracing do not have their finger on such developments....and if they do come across it, they brush it aside as irrelevant to the bigger picture....and interest!
Also, there is a document between GC and KZNGGB which outlines the terms and conditions for the renewal of their betting licence....why was the public not privy to this?
Most of us will be shocked at the terms which are being kept secret...for what?
Like shooting yourself in the foot?
Keep well FH!

@FH:
I have only been told of it; not amongst the invitees! The meeting will be in CT.
Apparently, a previous meeting was postponed as the Minister was not available.
It is between Government and the Grooms Association about recognition by the industry.
For instance, there is no Punter's Association; in effect, 'stakeholders' means no punters?
Right now, there are unilateral changes to betting rules; should there not have been input from punters....to start off with?
I have been making representations for over 15 years for some sort of recognition (even David with his association)... to no avail! Thus, I am tired and having no stake or interest, would rather take the back seat and fire salvos (cynical or otherwise) as and when! Lol!
