Timely thread..............

Yesterday I hag a repeat of a standard Tab-Online handling of complaints:
They had failed to load the Jpot Qmix fields and I sent a mail to request that they do so...........after somebody has rectified you then get the call with the "it is there" in a tone implying that the only issue is my inability to read...........lol
This is the standard response to their incompetence <
