‘Joao’s Magic 8` Auction for a great cause

Debbie Hawkins has managed to get us some signed baseball caps from Joao and we are going to auction them with all procedes going to the HHCU..

The HHCU do a great job and deserve every penny we can raise..

bad idea especially with the bids i have already received...

i dont see how its a bad idea......


for sure 30 or 40 people will go in at 1 cent = R800
then we move onto 2 cents and again plenty buyers maybe even over 100= R2000

and cap still not sold

then it moves to 3 cents....remember its the lowest UNIQUE bid....when it reaches R1.12 imagine how much has been raised.

then you declare that people should stop bidding anything under R1.12 and it continues. People do it here all the time and get plenty dosh in this type of auction.

Easy thanks for your post but can you imagine collecting all the one cents and the admin, let's just keep it "easy"
