How pathetic service these guys have, tried to log into my account witch took about half an hour , trying to take a bet took another 20 minutes and then i called them , just to be told by operater that i do not exist on their system and not even my id can help anything , 10 minutes of frustration just to learn the incompetent operator how to spell and still no result and again and then demanded a supervisor or manager and mr "cool" just said website will be down until its fixed later and when ask if i can withdraw my money they said yes but they will only do it on monday and will only reflecked on tuesday or wednesday
How do such pathetic business practice stay alive and still advertise here on ABC ?

I agree, Blou been trying for last 2 hours and honestly did not have the patience to call and speak to one of those incompetent staff membersm

That's the main reason I have decided to call it a day.
I emailed them about the slow response, fields and betting duplicated and not responding, sit for hours...waiting...waiting...!
Haven't even had an acknowledgement regarding my complaints; I lost out on a number of winning bets!
BTW: about 4 months ago, I received a delivery notice of my email that was sent circa a month previously; was acknowledged read but no response!
Must admit that Greg has always been helpful; but, when he's off? Besides, why should it be so?

Web site is indeed slow but I found their tele staff to be very helpful and i have been calling my bets on the phone and having no problem, as far as taking 2 or 3 days for your money to reflect in your account I cant comment as I haven't withdrawn for a long, long time
,
