Yes it's true , multiple South African Champion Trainer ,Tony Millard , has booked Joao to ride dual horse of the year Ambitious Dragon in his next 3 starts and will be in Hong Kong until the end of the season. Having Joao on Ambitious Dragon is a great move by Tony and will make beating him that much harder!

Moreira rode a five-fer today (Sunday) at Singapore. We've got so used to him riding winners galore that there's not even any comment on what would be a big achievement for any other jockey!

He is amazing , great job securing him Tony
I think there must be a few jealous owners in HK.

.....no value on the tote though.....joe punter is putting money on even the outsiders and making them more unattractive to punt.....Rain of Thunder was 16/1 in Hong Kong but was paying a third of that for wins here......:

There is a big difference backing good jockeys on not so good horses and backing not so jockeys on good horses.....my father played the public and bookies stupid by putting not so good Jockeys on his good horses.....that always got him value.....and a shocked Jock in the winners box....:
