A bit like the Jockey club used to regulate here in the good old days.
I worry that too many of our regulators just go through the motions of "doing there job" and don't really know what they are even looking for!

I backed Saziwayo in this race. I did feel this idiot did everything he could to lose the race. Im glad I wasnt the only one. Sat stone last, way off. Came widest as possible into the straight. Never ride too vigorously. Think its the same race anyway.

south africa will do well to send a few stipes first to optician then for a few meetings in mauritius. may be then they find out what they get salary for. a few long suspensions is best thing that can happen

well to worse up this penalty, the case has been presented in front of the gambling regulatory authority in the island.
and *La police des jeux* which can be considered as the section of the police which works in regard to whatever is happening in the field of betting
Jockey arena i heard has been instructed not to leave the island for the moment
Not only this, an apprentice who happened to ride in SA, bheekary :http://www.formgrids.com/subscriber/fgJockeyHist.aspx?jk=R%20Bheekary,ZA
and mainly for Yvette at fairview was banned for 5 years after pulling the horse named ISIPHO in a race.
The most comic thing is that he pulled the horse (in front of everyone) and MC naught won it subsequently, but here also twist of nature, MC Naught was found doped with illegal substance in his body according to the vet report after the race.
SO mc naught was disqualified and Bheekary's ride was promoted as the winner of the race.
But poor bheekary he is still facing his 5 year ban

It is interesting that chatting to one of our forumites on the phone,I said that Island racing results had become a little suspicious.....it appears that the smoke may have had a little fire.
When you see similar patterns here,we are told it's squeaky clean ,supported by no action by regulators and certainly no police.........I feel blessed to live in such a law abiding country.............lol
