What do they have one on course for if he's not trained to catch loose horses

George is the lead horse to get them to the start and certainly not to catch them if they loose.

Thor I did see him turn towards the loose horse as well but by the time he had turned the youngster was gone! Luckily it turned back.

I see that some overseas tracks have riders to control "loose horse" situations............seems to work very well and,as we seem to have more than most ,surely a worthy consideration
