Ile Maurice Restaurant

I know that other members have started receiving blanket mails from Ile Maurice Restaurant as all the mail addresses are attached. Firstly i have never requested or agreed to have any information sent to me from this restaurant and have informed them accordingly.

I am also 99% sure that the data base was obtained from Gold Circle as all the recipients are either owners, trainers, punters, vets etc. I have recognised two recipients as only being Gold Circle members and not owners which is why i believe the data base is from Gold Circle.

Attaching all the recipients mail addresses is shocking, I do not want this information but i am sure that the recipients will not be happy that their cantact details are now available to the general public. Alesh Naidoo, Craig Ramsay, Mayesh Chetty and Gary Westwater to name a few are all copied in the promo mail.

Once again an example of why some of us do not want our details in the public domain. For some of us horse racing is a hobby and not our daily business.......

This would be shocking if the information was obtained from Gold Circle....

PS. I will not be visiting or supporting this restaurant....

This restaurant is owned by a french/ mauritian and is frequented by a top GC member so you do the rest of the problem solving!

Btw this restaurant is top class and is really worth the visit

Well i do not belong to the "old boys club" so will not be visiting a place that invades my privacy and gives my contact address to the general public...

There are other good restaurants to support...

I have been there, nice place and if I remember a bit pricey

Database emails should never show other email addresses.

Very Pricey - if you want a really good meal in Umhlanga try Vicky Christinas - next to Fish on the ground floor below Marshalls World of Sport - food is really brilliant - I would say best in Umhlanga - you have to book though.

Best in Umhlanga is adegga in gateway, just a pity they don't serve alcohol

Must say I enjoy Umhlanga have been going for years
