Sorry boet.... Should have mentioned Hollywood in my case.
I assumed that telephone and online customers customers would have been sorted by now.

Received a call from supervisor Ralph yesterday evening.
He is investigating my complaint and will phone me today.
He said they were having computer problems.

I thought I had seen everything!
Ralph phoned me and lo and behold!
I took seven bets on saturday- with my winnings, losses and refunds, my account is, to the cent,exactly the same
as my closing balance on friday.
Ralph,Mabu and I parted friends:)
