S/Ps Gone Forever?

As I understand, Tellytrack stopped displaying the SP's pre racing because in their opinion the cost was not being shared by the bookmakers.
I am not too up to speed on this problem but does anybody know if any resolution is likely ?

One of those stupid situations where one thinks they are bigger than the other and nobody wins(td)
