PGE's Betting Platforms vs Bookmakers

One of the main reasons I continue to use bookmakers for the open bet is the cumbersome betting platforms of PGE's betting sites.

I take multiple tote bets and putting them on with bookmakers is dramatically quicker as they have far better betting platforms.

If PGE want to win back customers playing the open bet this should be priority number one imo.

I decided to go and see what happened to my defunct telebet accounts.

I beamed off emails to GC and P respectively on Nov 7. About an hour later I heard from GC. Dep on 8th and money appeared on the 11th.

As for P, well I'm waiting still. So whatever tote I'm playing will turnover in KZN and it's not like I made the choice.

We should do them a favour and have one thread where one can list genuine complaints, like hellopeter. Maybe it can give them a sense of where they are. One could edit with an update later if resolved or unresolved or an answer that helps the next guy.

Ironically, it would be a customer service...that we (the customer) can provide them.

Why not just use Hellopeter, Jack? Very good idea. I have found it very useful in resolving issues with other companies.

Sadly I suspect the operator might quickly become one of the 'does not respond' entities.
