Had a problem with their website. Phoned in and left a message. A return call within 5 minutes and problem solved.

The renovations are complete and the place is looking really good - i think it was worth the wait.

Has anyone used the Marshalls branch in Durban road, Cape Town? I use it almost daily, cos it's close to my work. I have had 2 seperate problems there recently and called Hilton. He messaged me back, but i was away and when i got back home messaged him to call me at any time. I am still awaiting his call back to make some suggestions to him where i think that branch can be improved. I will wait patiently for the call.

I know this is a "positive" thread, so i will leave it at that........

Great will be there in December, looking forward to going in. Last year used to go through to the side where it was more comfortable. (tu)
