From what I viewed, Marcus had the race, Hatt came back, and it appeared to be race over, but then for some reason Marcus had to check, as I believed he would have fought back..

If Hatt interfered with Marcus ride, will Hatt be an accomplice in clearing the way for FdH to have a clear run.
