Now the Tote just screwed me WTF:X

........I wanted to nail the Dundalk race 3 trifecta......keyed in my bets and was flagged for not having a big enough balance......I check my balance a -R41.30.....how could this be.....I just backed race 2 winner....it went all clear had the tom in the account.....now I see they reversed the payout and the bet is still open.....:X......what is the complaints phone number I want to bitch...<

How did your balance go negative ?

......had funds from previous race win.....was busy utilising those funds when the system tells me not enough funds for bets.... I check my current bets and see that they reversed the win from previous Dundalk race yet tote gives the race as all clear

Seriuosly has this happened to any one else.......I have used my tote account for longer than what most people have been on the planet.....all this technology and everything goes haywire......something wrong when results are posted and money is reversed out of accounts......what must I just shut up and eat it.....no farking way.....fiddling is going on big time and some answers are due......<

I am kinda baffled by what you are trying to explain.Surely if they called the wrong result ,posted the correct one and you discovered that you did not have a winning bet , then obviously there wouldn't be enough funds in your account.Case closed.fight on today.

?......I sent an irrate SMS to the big Vee last night.......he replied and said that someone would contact me today.....my bet in Dundalk race 2 was a winning bet.......and it was credited then reversed......I have an idea on what could of happened.....but the way they went about it was an abortion......said in previous posts communication communication communication.......now I want to see how they try and explain it......-

......well so much for service......Moodley's minions failed to contact me for an explanation......but my guess is that because there were several scratchings at the jump of race 2.....one of them was not included in the tote all clear when they went all clear......realising their mistake they reversed the all clear to add the scratching....but by doing this had to reverse the payouts too......they thought no one would be the wiser because only desperados punt in the evenings....no apologies.... f@ck you.....you sick punters, you need us..... we have you....that's why we can afford to treat you like crap....you are bottom feeders....so eat sh1t....thanx Vee you are an asset to the game with this type of service it is your people to blame....no matter how you train them they will treat your customers like crap.....:

Cancelled my Vodacom ADSL over 6 months ago; they still sending me 'demand'! Emails no response except 'this is an automated....!'
Phone in; they shunt you one to the other....until, eventually, you get cut off!

Thank God....it's almost Christmas!
