How many KG`s have you gained?

I lost 1kg over Christmas and new year..i blame the bran lol

must be the first time in my life i have not gained weight over the holidays

i never thought about it until i noticed the work rider had gained 2kg in race 1

jumped on the scales...result !!!

I dropped 3kg from 88 to 85

Jungles oats instant was a big help

Worst festive season for me
Was a bit ill.
Couldn't eat at all on some days.
Lost 8 kg's
Well all back in action now
Will put on 10 in jan/feb

After 20 odd years of slouching around ,I My daughter got me to start running again .
Struggled to do 2 km,s downhill to start off with( Did a hamstring 1st week ) . Have just lost under 20 kgs .

I will return to this diet from Monday. Just broke it for the Xmas hols.

Eat what you like (but still be careful on the how much) for five days a week. For the two non-consecutive days of the week do not eat anything just fast and increase your intake of water a little more. You will lose 5kg pretty quickly.
