I I know what has occured, and there were no incorrect results.

What happens as the race finishes, we put the winner of the race in, and result it. This way people who backed the winner can get their money immediately and take a bet on another race (very helpful especially if you are a cash punter at a branch).

However, we don't enter the places until the full result with exotic dividends comes out. Both your horses mentioned in your PM to me had come second. Therefore all place bets will show on your account status as losing bets, simply because we have not entered the full result as yet. As soon as we enter the full result, all bets would have cleared and you would have been paid out for your bet (and they will show as winning).

I checked the status logs for both races and this was the case. There was NO incorrect results.

All I'm saying is wait for at least 10-15 minutes before querying whether the result is incorrect - especially if you have taken places. This is because we have resulted the winner, but now waiting for the full result with dividends before clearing the places.

thanks for your reply, just a bit worrying to see ALL shown as LOOSING BETS, will have to be a bit more patient in future.

Dev, your explanation is not 100% accurate.

What happens is you put the winner in immediately BUT then after about 3 to 4 minutes the race goes back to the "closed" status and if you backed the winner, while your account is credited straight away, it gets debited when the race changes back to "closed".

Only then when the race goes all clear, does your money finally come back into the account.

I know I may be splitting hairs here but it really does depend on when you check the account.
