Obviously a great price - but he still has to win - for me Jackson's mission was always the Met (and I have heard that he will be going to stud after the race) - so not disgraced in the QP. But MomF is the real deal as well - can't wait (tu)

what about ctn - top milers like wolfpower have got the easy 2000m of the met and he did win the derby

excuse my ignorance,but how many mets has d drier won?i know of 1 july he has won in his long illustrious training career.if the answer is many, then he has a chance to add to his tally this year,but he has to beat jackson and the other gr1 winners in the race.going to be a great met and may the best horse win.

No doubt , Jackson is a top horse....if only he could bring his A game to the track he would demolish every field time and time again...sadly I doubt that we will ever see the greatness....cannot blame horse or trainer or jockey....the right recipe looks hard to find

Perhaps I missed something but what was wrong with Jackson's run in the queens plate finished second to a top miler ? I heard Molly saying he did not come to the party it's short of his best and I truly don't understand all the criticism Jackson has won multiple group ones momf yet to win a group 1 big fan of both horses and trainers and am looking forward to the race.

Jackson's reputation exceeds his record...............the true champions like Pocket power,Horse Chestnut,Elevation etc never found a mile too short ,although it was not their optimum.
He is a very good horse,but not a great, unless it's still to come........but I won't hold my breath.
Bottom line..........how many Jackson fans have a positive profit and loss a/c on him?

Rob I will agree to disagree three time group one winner is top class. Anyone backing horses in group races will be behind the eight ball u punt in maidens not against class.
