SCOTIA ON TUES. 18TH MARCH.

Good morning to the CLAN and scotia is back in the swing.
Well Cheltenham is over and Kauto was beaten by the better horse on the day and what a future Denman has?
but I would not write off the Star, still plenty good racing from them both.
I had great weather in PE and it was a fantastic time with the sun and the beaches, only rain was at a game farm on the Sat. where we took a couple of German tourists and we all got soaked to the skin in driving rain, but saw the BIG 5, so they were wet, but over the moon.
Must say it has been raining since we got back and the racing either off or poor, cant wait for the weekend, weather permitting.
It was clear that Andrew Bon was a bit nervous on last nights show after his brush with crime and I wish him and his family all the best.
Will try to get to the Vaal on Thursday and Monday, and for sure on Sat at the big T, but it will all be weather permitting, I will go by car and not by bus to be on the safe side, but seriously giving much thought of the luxury coach express Pretoria/Joburg for the night racing, watch this space!
Still pushing for Smiley to make a come back, will be listening to his ZIM commentaries end of month and sending another few letters on the subject.
Racing is from Fairview today, plus a couple of good meetings over the jumps, at Exeter, the very consistent Theatre Girl can win again.
At Warwick Tamadot can win the opener, plus Trigger the Light, Prince de Seuil and Back among Friends could also come home lonely?
On the "flat" and we will be getting more as the season gets underway, its Kempton where Outlandish can win again and the in form Spencer can have a double with Emperor Jade and Royal Fantasy.
Interesting posts re: dog racing and will be watching the progress with interest.
Good punting and may your God be with you.
