I`m Hearing the Greyville Turf is on the mend?

This ' Board of Inquiry' was set up by the NHA at the 'request of Gold Circle' to investigate any wrong-doing on the jockeys' part - so surely any member of the NHA can 'request' that another 'Board of Inquiry' be set-up to investigate why the track was not in a condition to race, as well as if any compensation is due to the affected parties ?

There seems to be a dispute as to whether the operators are regulated by the NHA (as per Riaan Du Plessis in Sporting Post)

Interesting that the NHA rules makes it clear that they do!!!!!

If the jocks were right ,then Gold Circle were surely guilty of bringing racing into disrepute(at a minimum)................Why no action taken by the regulators.........................(he who pays the piper?????)
