When you realise youve made a horrendous mistake by joining such a bad team.

I was pleased for Rene Meleunsteen, after being kicked out of Old Trafford by Moyes,it was nice to see him get one over him..
Mike Phelan in the post match analysis also had a little twinkle in he's eye, another one kicked out of Old Trafford by Moyes.
That is one of He's biggest mistakes, getting rid of the whole back room staff.Should have kept some there,as a link to players.
He tried to change to much,to quickly. No harmony, players are not performing for him and now they will be playing in Europa League if
there lucky.I know I give them stick, but like Phil Taylor getting hammered 7-0 in the darts, its like watching the king losing the throne.
In a way it's a bit sad.

I see poor old Engles has given up on United,he is trying to save jimmy.
Just shows how times are changing, wasn't to long ago that he loved a chat about the Red Devils..
I would like to know if he still thinks Moyes is the right man for the job,I think he's to old school to be managing a top team

Its just so disappointing at the moment, I consider Man U quite lucky just to draw, if Fulham had more of the ball it could of been a much Bigger disaster.

Dave you want to chat i am happy to chat and discuss any matter but I think I have made it quite clear I am not interested in replying to your continuous jibes concerning my chosen club, they are clearly intended to provoke and nothing else so what would be the point of me saying anything?
I am sure I have answered this before Dave so let's not make it a weekly/monthly question
I do not know if Moyes is the right or wrong man. I think there are plenty of issues which need resolving there and he has to an extent been left to do a clean-up job. I have said before Vidic and Ferdinand etc may need to go. Others too. So we are perhaps looking at building almost an entirely new team, though utilising a number of players still in the squad. My main concern is his transfer dealings, I am just not convinced Fellaini and Mata are the players we needed right now given our current squad and that's a lot of money spent. I think it will take time for the attacking side of our team to find a shape they are all comfortable in and one in which they can all perform to their best, not convinced though that is possible.
Some people seem to have very short memories, Fergie's squad had been questioned for a number of seasons now. I do not see the huge slide in standards as you do, I think we were hitting way above our station for a few years and, as I have said before, I have no idea how Fergie did it. To expect Moyes to walk in and do the same is imho far too great an expectancy. He has been unfortunate with injuries to key players as well... Carrick, RVP, Rooney all missing at the same time when things weren't going great can't have helped. We lost two very poor goals again yesterday through bad play by individuals, the buck stops with the boss but they ain't helping him. The second goal was caused by Vidic who is meant to be the rock. I was more impressed with Smalling yesterday. RVP missed an absolute sitter. Was that also the fault of Mr Moyes? And yet we could easily have had 5, 6 or even more yesterday, and had that happened everyone would be saying United are back etc. Total bollox. There are deep issues imo which need resolving and time will tell if Moyes is the right man to resolve them and go forward. Major overhaul in the summer me thinks and then judgement can be cast on how they start doing from next season. That's the way I see it.

You may not see it as a huge slide in standards, but you and Stevie Wonder are alone in that assessment.
I'm sorry if it's a weekly topic and I think your lucky your not in UK at the moment,it's all over the papers and the news..
Probably because it hasn't been a gradual decline, but a quick fall from grace that it's such big news..
I think Moyes is clueless and gets found out by proper tactical coaches/ managers.

Dave you do not build a team like Everton with a very small budget and keep them in the top half of the table for a decade by being clueless. Everyone is praising Martinez... so he brought in a couple of attacking players and made them a little more entertaining... will they still be at that end of the table in 10 years, 5 years, even two years? Do not judge so quickly. I'll say it time and time again, the likes of you would have shed Fergie after two years absolute tops. Moyes may or may not be the right man but all this conjecture so soon given the glaring problems that we have had for a few years is just sheer and utter bollox imho, I am no Stevie Wonder Dave, I see plenty of issues but I am not Roman either and when I see big cracks that need fixing, I say give the guy a fair chance to fix them.
You talk tactics Dave... what would you have done different that would have worked? That would have stopped Vidic giving the ball away in the final seconds. That would have stopped RVP missing a sitter. I would have chosen a slightly different team but tactically, hmmm, with that team, don't know, you tell me, what would you have done?
Such big news Dave... lol... its Man United, where do you expect it to be, in the single paragraph section??? They make it the big news cos "people" buy their sh1t.

How about not being so one dimensional..
I can just imagine Moyes pre match team talk " right boys, get the ball out wide and cross it into the box "
You put 80 odd crosses into the box,a record I think.Or the most for years.
Who in your team,Vidic apart is going to score from a header, not Mata,RVP,Young,Januzai or Rooney.
Of those 80 crosses,12 went to United players.
Top teams score through good football, carving open a defence through the middle and yes occasionally through crossing, but not
when there's a host of defenders waiting for a cross.
Now after crossing for the whole of the first half and it getting nowt, don't you think at half time the manager would try a different strategy.
There lies your problem,he isn't a Mourinho,Pep or any top Manager.
He was manager of Everton, who adapted very similar tactics.Shite football. Now regarding Martinez,he would suit you better than Moyes.
I don't think any Everton fans are missing Moyes, they have improved with out him.Answering your question regarding Everton,I'm not sure
if they will be at top end every year, but I'm sure they have more of a chance with Martinez than Moyes.
I would be very worried if I supported United with that man in charge,I'm also glad Abramovich is ruthless and acts quickly before it gets real bad.
IE Scholari.
Who will join United in the summer, with Moyes at the helm and no Champions League football, think they'd rather go to Everton.
