I couldn't agree more ................heaven for me would be a WELL MANAGED tote but including a fixed price market bolted on (AKA betting exchange)
Its a natural extension as it is also person to person betting (as identified by the gambling commission)
Unfortunately management can't seem get their heads around the benefits ,but the fact that the bookmakers are the most violently opposed should give them a clue!

Good point. Just look at Hong Kong (you get a jail sentence if you bet on racing with a bookie, if I recall correctly)!

Good point. Just look at Hong Kong (you get a jail sentence if you bet on racing with a bookie, if I recall correctly)!
