Biggest lot of bollocks, imho.

Now go try the comp comm on Multichoice, Sasol and the whole bunch of useless, oversubscribed cell phone non service providers.....

There's much more turnover there and at least there will be good support.

In short:

Kema appealed to the Competitions Appeal Court and Constitutional Court, losing in both instances.

This is the opposed merger between Kenilworth Racing, Gold Circle and Phumelela Gaming and Leisure.

Phum will have a 90% share of the market.

Her total disregard for those who backed her financially with these ongoing appeals in a fight she can never win says it all,"know when to hold em and know when to fold em" is clearly a concept she cannot grasp, hopefully now those who have lost huge numbers backing her will she through the pipe dream she has been selling them and walk away from what has become an absolute joke.
