Competition Week Four Result

Congratulations to Frodo for winning this weeks competition, having managed to get the nod by finding the days lurker. In second another strong showing from Loopy with Fingers finishing a credible third.

That's it for February, we take a break next week (unless by popular demand we start another pool for 5 weeks to take us to the end of March) ... I will put together the MONTHS table and think about whether it would be worthwhile coughing an extra R50 each for the overall monthly winner.

For the record, we are roughly R6000 short of having enough to meet our target and having Abongile in a raised home . This weekend we set his next target after 2 Oceans (not his main focus this year) .... He will be going for the Knysna Marathon with the aim of winning AND setting a course record.

PM sent - regarding the March competition, seeing that it is Guineas day this coming Saturday, my suggestion is that we do have this Saturday as the first week of the March competition - and also the last Saturday of the month being Classic day; then we can take a break on another weekend - or alternatively extend the competition to 5 weeks (another R50 per entry) - just a suggestion (tu)
