I would like to commend DEV and the HOLLYWOOD team on world class service (Before jumping the gun gents, I do not work for hollywoodbets, this is a genuine happy letter)

1. I had an issue with Hollywoodbets that was escalated to DEV and the team on Tuesday.

2. within 48 hours my issue was discussed and resolved and handled with great professionalism and world class service.
