CHELTENHAM - Day 3 - Thur 13 Mar 2014
11 years 2 months ago
Three Grade 1's
Race 1; 15h30 (SAT); JLT Golden Miller Novices Chase; 5yo+; abt 4,000m; 17 fences; #12 VUKOVAR; Easily made all last time: 8/1 in a 12 horse field is fine
Race 3: 16h40 (SAT): Ryanair Chase; 5yo+; abt 4,200m; 17 fences; Pass, nothing jumps at me.
Race 4: 17h20 (SAT) World Hurdle; 4yo+; abt 4,800m; 12 hurdles: #2 BIG BUCK'S; just what more can you ask for; in 2012 he made history by winning four consecutive World Hurdles; has earned the title as the greatest staying hurdler in history; has scored 18 consecutive victories; after a 14 month rest he ran 3rd in Jan: He is 7/2 2nd fav in a field of 12 (with Quevega a doubtful starter at 8/1) what the heck and all 11 years old of him; Annie Power is the fav at 15/10

Also doubt quevega will run, but must give her a mention for winning the mares hurdle 6 years in a row at the festival, what a record.
