Couldn't agree more

Used to sit at Zevenwaght every Friday, Saturday and Sundays
Sometimes very late,even after everyones gone home

We lost interest in the tote,I don't even go there to buy a Sporting Post anymore:(

Agree on many points, especially the Customer service. Often, on big race days, even regular owners and trainers feel just like the regular punters, sort of forgotten and left out.
Loyalty programmes are a must.

Very well side Mr Jacobs. They take us for fools ,and we are ,because we love the game and the enjoyment it brings us, but these assholes that run racing are there for them self's,to fill there pockets up,and stuff the punter,staff at totes ,disgusting you stand in front of them with your coupon and they are having a conversation between them self's ,and you must wait ,I can go on and on we all know about it ,but well side I hope that the ppl at the top read your letter ,but if they do anything about it ,well that is to be seen.

We as punters really get taken for a ride.
The sad thing is that we love our game so we are loyal
But there is a limit to everything and that's why alot of punters look at other sports bets

There are a bigger band of us right here that have been going on about the very same things like lack of loyalty programmes, shoddy totes bad attitude of tote and telebet operators..... to date those that have the ability to try and make the changes have failed to do so.....then we hear of lavish team building at pre Met venues but not addressing the root problems.....how difficult is it to offer training to a telephonic call centre or those in the eye of the punter behind a tote terminal.....they are failing to start where they are most vulnerable....joe punter has given them enough to start working on but still.....NADA!!!!!!

Its sad really, I love the horses, I love watching a horse trying, Ive been lucky to have many triers..a horse that runs as fast as she can for as long as she can brings a tear to the owners eye believe me, whether she wins or runs last. Ive had many, even when the good Lord has given them problems to deal with ( a horse like Soul Searcher) or when they half the size of the rest of the field (like Pacific Line) they still run as fast as they can for as long as they can and try their heart out. It warms a persons soul believe me, they just flesh and bone not machines and they try to earn their food and lodgings.

Now if I cannot watch that on TT because small human minds are greedy then I cannot own horses anymore and I don't punt in the true sense of the word so I will be out. How many in SA out there are the same as me? I wonder?
