Oh no. If he becomes President, lets not forget how he helped his brother win Florida in 2000, then watch out Iran as this bafoon will want to out do his father and brother.
I don't think that the Americans could stomach another Bush but then you never know who counts the ballot papers.

The Bush-Gore election left me wondering if it was the US elections or any African country's election...
Democracy is not for the people, by the people, of the people...it is for big business, paid for by big business and comprising mainly of people who are otherwise unemployable...
Barack Obama's first act as president was an indication of who he needed to pay back first...it wasn't Joe the plumber...it was the $900 billion dollar bailout of the banks...

But the execs gave themselves bonuses as if they were responsible for the businesses surviving, the rich had their assets protected as they are the only ones who have extra cash to save in places like banks or invest in companies that eventually needed taxpayer bailouts to survive and the poor lost their homes which the banks sold at fire-sale prices and the poor still had the balance of the debt on the houses to pay...
John Pilger calls it "capitalism for the poor and socialism for the rich..."...
It's a sickening state of the world...I'm a CA but do not believe in the merits of capitalism...maybe because I understand and seen too many of it's evils...eg. the mine at which the 39 miners were massacred...the CFO has an annual remuneration of R10 million...what great skill does he have that is in such short supply to justify those earnings???...create the perception of a shortage of skills and it drives the price thereof up...world gone mad...we applaud the success of billionaires when there are billions without a plate of food today...when it is those billionaires that have earned their money by taking money out of the pockets of the multitudes by either charging too much for a product (by creating monopolies, restricting competition, etc) or by underpaying staff (people)...
Economics is a zero-sum game whilst capitalists would like the world to believe otherwise...
That's my rant for today...need to stay calm for the excitement of the match later...

they are still giving themselves a bonus and not thousands but millions of pounds. RBS has cost the tax payer copious amounts of money yet their executives are conning it. They fired over 10k staff but the ones at the top survive and if they did not survive they were handed massive golden handshakes. The banks charge you what they like for their services. The less you have the more they rip you off

The pricing structure at banks is there for two business reasons...lower income clients are charged more in fees and interest as there are concerns about repayment of the capital extended so milk as much as you can while you can in terms of ongoing fees and interest and higher income clients are likely to provide repeat-business opportunities so you can milk them in smaller amounts but over many events...
I'll use an accounting analogy to end my comments on the ills of this world...
The only balance sheet that balances perfectly is that of our own lives...the assets in our lives are ourselves, our partners / spouses, our children, our parents and siblings...the liabilities in our lives are all the ills we inflict upon others...liabilities can be set-off against / paid by any of our assets...so I am very conscience of the respect I afford to all life...and that is where I direct my efforts every day...
