Had a service issue with a branch - Contacted Dev and when I went to the branch to withdraw Mary (excellent person that I've dealt with for years) came and apologized to me - She said they reviewed their tapes and the staff had been corrected. I was offered a drink on the house but declined as I seldom partake before 12 o'clock!! Nobody is perfect but it is how you deal with imperfection that sets you apart from the flock.

Betxchange plus you get double the odds for all UK meetings that they lay for Race 3 & Race 4 provided the horse wagered is 5/1 and above to a maximum of R5000.
