one can now see why SA racing is going down the tubes. How, on a long weekend, can you have an entire card dedicated to groom racing at the so called premier race course of SA. No harm in having a meeting just for the grooms but why on a Saturday and why not during the week? Just my opinion.

The reason is the better horses are off to KZN for the season and our Feature season is now over until Spring while KZN starts their season now and the Cape starts with the Winter Series
