How did HW pay R12 a win ,when it was around 7-2 and 3-1 most the morning, then went out to 5-1 just before the start? I know it paid R12 on the HK tote, but fail to see how it could pay it here?

Hollywood pays the overseas payout for most overseas venues (open bet)

No they cant justify this.

What's the unit of betting in relation to dividends in Hong Kong?

There was no error. As Hollywood moved to our 24/7 racing, we began offering the open bet using the overseas tote dividends. As there are bigger pools in the home country, the chance of getting a truer dividend is more possible than say smaller pools which are easier to get manipulated. The open win dividend for Variety Club in Hong Kong was R12.60 which we paid to Hollywood customers, as opposed to the R1.80 it paid on Saftote. This is if you took the open win option. Obviously if you had taken the fixed win option, you have got the price you received.

Hollywood now gives you the option. You can take the fixed win, you can take SP (which paid 5/1), or you can take the open bet (using the overseas pools). Its up to you to see where the value lies.

Should the subject rather read "nanny" goat. Just asking, that's all.

Dev you need to run a full page ad in all the local papers... that will fark tab off....
