Tips for the track.....

Set a budget for the day and stick to it. Start small, increase your stakes when winning and cut them down when losing. if you get cleaned up, call it a day, there's always tomorrow....

Be selective and disciplines, Watch the days intent unfold,
For ever winner there must be a loser do
Be smart, Play safe

Gather info for the day...via all souces. then plan your bets acoording to budget......if it goes wrong and then you fancy something later ...then mostvtimes you cannot resist chasing.....some of the biggest wins are through chasing....but always know your limit.

Research and compile a method that works for you, stick to it for the long haul, make only subtle adjustments and manage your kitty such that even multiple losses keeps you in the game...I make allowance for 8 consecutive losses...
The eight wonder of the world is compound interest...a 5% daily return compounded equates to 450% over a month and a 10% daily return compounded equates to +-1800% over a month...even a 2,5% daily return means you double your money over a month...slow and steady wins the race...

always buy a Lotto ticket before you go Racing - Gives you a reason not to kill yourself until after the 9 O'clock draw if you've done your life in the last -
