The penny has finally dropped(tu)

......Kudos to TAB and .....yes the big P.....finally they are starting to acknowledge their customers......earlier in the week I got a call from Turffies inviting me to play golf in the Horse Care Unit golf day taking place tomorrow....pity about the short notice though.....got plenty to do.....but a nice touch.....today I get another call saying that I have been entered into a lucky punter comp valued at R30K.....draw to take place on Monday.....finally the penny has dropped.....

Never ever left them.....have never willingly played an open bet with a bookie......and all I have ever done is bitch.....and now finally they are making an effort to contact and engage.....definitely a step in the right direction....lets hope it is followed through and we see them improve even more....one has got to give credit when it is due.....

How do they prioritise their rewards?
Some years ago ,my brother who was playing much smaller then, was flown to J'burg for meetings ,hotel and shuttles for 2.
(On one of those trips they were joined by a couple who had been taken to Dubai world cup as guests of Saftote TWICE!)
When he subscribed to Computaform online ,they gave him a free year!!
I have never had an answer to a customer care query..................lol
At least I can remain objective about their lack of service without any feeling of obligation!
