I see Square Dance has been added to the Woolavington

Following on my earlier post, i see Rack's Chestnut is not nominated for the Cup Trial, last chance saloon for July hopefuls, so I will take my chances with this one in the DN 2000, seeing that LTK is guaranteed a spot - call it dippy logic.

This is what i got off the SA Horse Racing site for the DN 2000, think this is the final field :-

I think this is going to be a fascinating race; taking Bezanova as the line horse, there does not seem to be much between Legislate and Louis the King - going on ratings of runners like Top Jet and Bellini, for me I can't' see either of these at 109 - more like 99/100 - which would bring Whistle Stop right into it - provided he can come back to his best after needing the run on Sunday - where he ran to around 94 IMO

Also the Woolavington is shaping up to be good contest - not much between In the Fast Lane and Lanner Falcon and then we have Along Came Polly (needs to get lucky from the draw though) - also Athina - very competitive imo

All in all much better racing than the 'Jackpot of Sprints', but that's just me

correct you cant beat the classic races true test of any horse worldwide

If I were Paul Lafferty, I wouldn't be overly impressed having the first reserve when her MR is 4 points better than 2 fillies that made the race. :S

those 2 horses have capped ratings and both are proven over the distance unlike pauls who has achieved her rating over much shorter ,
