yesterday's Warick PA still pending according to betxchange(from last night!!) -I will have to waste my time and call them - when I loose my float i'm done with this lot!!

firstly i have been playing for betxchange for 3 years now and i know that the website has issues from time to time but whenever a problem arose and i phoned in it was dealt with right away.
secondly i had no issues with the bipot on sunday.it will always be loaded as a pick 6 because it has only six legs and all the other websites use the same option so i have no idea what you r on about

True. If there is a problem, they always rectify it promptly. And if you phone in for a bet, which I hardly do, their stretches from horseracing to sports are way better compared to others.

The Bi-pot was incorrectly loaded as the Pick 6(using those numbers and horses and races) I'm no idiot so I would not have posted something that I did not FIRST try to have fixed by calling these people(three times if I recall) If you are enjoying their service carry on as I don't think a client should have to call in to tell them three times that their platform is not working - Also I think it is mad that a bet taken last night is not clear by the next day when everyone else including the tote has the bet clear half an hour after it runs - Betxchange is poor full stop

Have a look at some of the other posts on this site where members have had bets pending for.....YEARS - You tell them to remove them and nothing - Eventually it seems with their new platform they removed these bets. If this were the Tote I doubt if people would be so eager to defend them - Bad service is bad service

It seems all four of your posts on this site concern Betx !!! .....I expect you work there and now you defend instead of acknowledging the problem and fixing it - That's not the way to deal with customers!!

I don't work for betxchange but you must work for the opposition because all you do is run them down.just because I'm happy with them I must work for them what a joke .at least they don't close your accounts like play bet and playabet after you have a decent win with them and I have had accounts with a number of bookmakers and all of them have issues from time to time no websites are perfect

So I work for the opposition because I am not happy with Betxchange and have problems with their poor service and attitude? I don't have time to sit and make any bookmaker rich and when I have had a problem with Hollywood I have had it sorted out but the same can not be said for Betxchange(Funny how you can't seem to understand that my complaints are not made up or trivial- ). You cannot make up poor service and trying to defend them is wrong - Amazingly I have nothing bad to say about other bookmakers because .... I have not used any of them. Stay with Betxchange or continue to work for them but I won't and will be looking at other bookmakers that can offer the open exotics that I enjoy.

Betxchange obviously read the site (perhaps Queen called them:)o) - All Exotics bi pot pa etc are all up for today's meetings at 12H28 - Well Done - I really don't complain for the sake of complaining and positive action by a supplier must be acknowledged -(tu)
