Betxchange poor again>:D

Firstly yesterday I went in to deposit cash into my account and found that the first person did not have a clue how to do that. The second person took my cash and disappeared to find out how to do that. She then returned without a slip to show that I had deposited in the account. Her next move was to ask me what bets I wanted to take so she could put them on for me!! Why would I deposit money into an internet account and then call my bets?
Today I called them before the first to tell them the Bi pot for Clairwood was not loaded - Called again when it was loaded but was showing the P6 card!! - Bipot was not remedied in time so no Bi pot for me with a banker in the first leg- Hollywood please bring back the UK exotics so that I can play exclusively with you as no money on earth will make me revive my Tab account.

Just word of advice from my side, started using my interbet account quite regularly. I get to play fixed odds as well as all my UK bets ( exotics and quartets) with no hassles. It's working for me

I must investigate as I must admit I've never used Interbet - All I can say there is now a gap in the market for a company(even Phum ) to give the punter fixed odds and all exotics(International too) on a platform that works. I hate the fact that Betx closes Exotics 5mins before the off and that the exotics are only loaded very late - Guys get the fields up early so that the serious punter can get his bets on - What's the point of going digital if you don't make it easy for me to give you my business ?

Phumulela are perfectly placed to do it.................pity they don't understand it though!

Betexchange mobi site more stable for me with my tablet MR H... with there normal website i found that once you had made your selections the submit button was hidden in the right hand corner and i was not able to take my bet.

Hollywood was my first choice but no uk exotics available there anymore so i must take my business elsewhere and phumelela can get stuffed, i boycott them.

send pm to dev - i just cannot continue with betx - close some pools(open bets 5 mins before race- win place etc )

Im sure hollywood will bring back the jackpots when the uk racing is back on tv and tellytrack episode is over.

Mr H go interbet
you can take tote bets till off and the only time they are off tote, and that is not often, is when tab has a problem and you can play fixed or tote

Dont you find that the mobi site has a slight delay??

For me, the mobi site has become irritatingly slow ...

What about Marshals MR H ? Don't they take UK and the open bet ?
