Where's the streaming ...blame the phantoms again:S
11 years 1 week ago
......2 prime Asian flat venues.....and no international streaming.......yet.....what of the phantom punter crashing our pools......what of the phantom bookies stealing the pictures and audio streams.....what of the phantom decoders.....they in charge should be receiving phantom salaries for destroying any form of enjoyable racing......:

sssssshhhh,if we stop moaning about the streaming they might think they have no need to replace..
Do you actually think streaming will start again? once the pools level of again they will look at the cost and say fuck it,we dont need it !!!

They REALLY don't want customers to get ANY information. The direct Hong Kong audio
feed is very good, and you can watch video replays about 15 minutes after the race.
Hong Kong Audio Stream
Hong Kong Race Replays
The RSN Racing Radio also has commentaries for most of the Kranji and Hong Kong races,
and won't swallow all your bandwidth.
RSN Radio - Live racing commentaries
Does anyone really need a 5 minute delayed broadcast? It is an insult to punters.

I think the point needs to be made that the Internet is the future of Racing and much of the World's Media publications have gone this route - Not to provide a regular stream is stupid as this is a relatively cheap way to get your product to the masses - The mistaken belief that the R20 punter can sustain this sport will kill it - Put your pictures out there and your turnover will improve(I was online from 7am today and would have taken a few bets in HK and Sing but with no pictures I rather sat on my hands)

Quite obviously nobody at Phumelela or Gold Circle or Interbet makes use of the
delayed International streaming, as it is still down (just a black screen with a circling
white search). It has been like this since about 5pm yesterday. Either that or whoever
is running the streaming service for them does not work weekends!
It looks like the originating feed is the problem.

As an Accountholder I have queried with Tabonline where the International Streaming has gone and just been told that due to Piracy a decision has been taken by Management to block transmission!!!!
There you go.

Surely this is like a dog chasing its own tail. Eventually it might catch it,
but when it bites the tail it only hurts itself. Almost all racing is available
on streaming somewhere, and mostly free of charge. Other providers
like Racing UK offer subscription services, and free audio commentaries
are also plentiful.
Only South African racing wants to keep everything unavailable to the
punters.

And the audio streaming seams to have been removed from
tunein.com/

All to deaf ears. This operator is caught up in a time warp. They may come around when it us too late. We need freh and innovative people in management...what we have is old boys network with no sense of the client and product. who cares about winning a car on course...we want to watch and bet on international racing daily at our convenience.

Unfortunately they will soon lose all their customers. With programs like Hotspot VPN and a valid
address in the UK, it is easy to open a Betfair account. It is also very easy to fool a browser as to
your Geo-location. Using PayPal transferring funds is also a piece of cake.

?........chasing phantoms.......and getting paid to do it........while racing takes a big dive........absolutely diabolical that someone wants to pirate delayed racing.......are they that desperate.......I like to watch or hear racing.....it is how I feed my memory banks and decipher form for future races......I cannot be grouped with a free Tab sheet and a results page in the Citizen.......that was racing in the 80s......these clowns are driving it into the dark ages......no one can keep the game alive by now taking away broadcasts......may as well can it because it is now sensless.......:S
