Agree - I would have a go if I were them - She has proven herself and to go into that Fillies race will achieve naught - Better to run in the July and possibly win(even a place will be excellent)

beach beauty doesn't get 2200m and being a slightly built mare and the july being a rough race its not the right race for her..she was cruising behind martial eagle in the met and she didn't go on with it plus she had a go at the july already and didn't fare..for what she has achieved she really shouldn't have to be put into a race like the july but rather go the garden province champions cup route.lets do whats best for the horse hey

Also wouldn't run Beach Beauty. Carrying 57kgs will be a tough task for her.

101 gross? Surely 101 net and then add back an immaturity allowance of 8lb 6lb for a 3-yo over 1800m in May June. This would give him a gross MR a healthy 107 imo.

Ugh I am going around the twist - 6lb in June.

On this I'm with you and like HH I also believe the 2200 is a stretch - run her in the Garden Province for a swan song and then send her to the paddock
