The ante-post betting list on Interbet still offers odds on a whole host of horse that have already officially withdrawn eg. Athina , Hillfiftyfour etc. This is theft.

Not sure that is a fair comment and it is normal to show all the runners listed on the ante post market, betfair do the same all horses not running are quoted at SP I do see a few 10 rand offers that should be removed however I also see a punter is requesting 10 at 500/1 on the same horse
Don't think anything sinister happening

Its wrong to price up on non runners....it is like paying for an item and theree is no stock in store and u can't get a refund.

Those punters that donot know that those horses are non runners. This is due to poor information filtering down to the punters

What do u call that?

Another thing I would do as an "exchange" was keep the market open during the races, some guys will catch it right and some wrong but that is the concept and speculation that makes an exchange more dynamic than a fixed odds bookie or tote.
