This stems back to someone saying ever noticed when there is a large carry over P6 pool, it never pays much in that many fancied horses arrive - where you load a field, the favourite or second favourite wins.

very well sumed up:)
I agree with the view that when there is c/o the P6 do not pay much
but on July day it is different
you have big fields 2 Juv races who often throw big price winners, especially if thier are certainties
and a ;lot of P6 are taken by once a year punters hoping to hit it big with outlay of R20 or so
taken in account I haven't seen a low July day P6 payout for many a year.

stopped running comps on big days,prefer to watch these days
