Wylie Hall... as much chance as the others. A horse that stays 2400 and wins over 1400. Class

You got to hand it to Woody, the consummate professional and forward thinking trainer, as it appears, some are resorting to external assistance in the form of afterburners to win the race. Afterburners, rocket fuel, jet fuel, fish paste, fish paste, bring it on because Woody has that contingency covered, he has engaged Superman to counter whatever the threat, need I say more.

ltk . the way I saw the 2000 was legislate and Louis came into the straight together at the back, fourie elected to hook out wide and had a free run whilst shea decided to play dodgems down the inside and gave him no chance. don't know the final furlong times but would wager ltk was the fastest so july should be right up his alley. also imo legislate was crying for the line so the extra furlong may find him out

Mac, let me put your mind at ease when assessing Futura's winning chances. How many of those who ran behind Futura in the Trial (16/05/2014) actually made it to be reserve runners for the July? I wouldn't get too excited. Futura himself just scrapped in, whether for the right or wrong reasons, that will be debated for a long time.
