Ok, I lied, a little bit of waffle to help explain some of the choices on a very open, tough card! ;)

R3 I don't really like anything here so went looking for value even though I don't really expect it to happen. I think Mulazeem will be decent but got going too late lto over 1200 and from a wide draw it may be same again. Flying Galileo has a definite chance but not entirely convinced and not worth the risk at the price for me. So, went looking for low draws and ended up with Iberian Express, very little confidence but some of the KZN form is not the worst. Mac Chestnut could be improving and Sun Flash won't have to be special from an inform stable with an appie taking weight off, no other reason I threw him in but I see he has been supported... Iberian Express x Mac Chestnut x Sun Flash

R4 If liking Leta's Bonnet then based on the draw alone some much better priced horses must come into the reckoning, I like Come Play as my e/w selection but Capt n Ten must also come in for consideration at big odds. I expect a much better showing from Ferrari Dawn as well now housed in the 1 box... Come Play x Captain n Tenille x Mia Forza x Ferrari Dawn

R5 Although Black Balladeer was a few lengths in front of Iceman lto, the latter was returning from a 9 week break and in his penultimate (maiden) beat BB by 1.5l and is now 7.5kgs better off. Surely, with over 20 points separating them in the market Iceman is some e/w value. Far from a 2 horse race though and if Divine Invitation and Captain Dino drift then I will nibble and R1 e/w has been invested on Ipanima Dancer... Iceman x Black Balladeer x Red Silvano

R6 Spellcaster x Lord Badger x Briar King

R7 Properzio x Danilo Gallinari x Dark Knight

R8 Bermuda Winter has not been far off some of these from some poor draws and is very much overpriced comparitively imo with some big weight swings and a much better draw, decent e/w idiot... Bermuda Winter x Verlaine x Konfessional x Fort Ozark

Be(s)t of luck to all
