IMO 10000 times more to it than that 10 point plan ... and ANYONE that only studies form and not intent (the intention to run to form ) and not look at whether there is any value in your selection will not succeed in the long run ...

I had a new rule..
Drive to the pub with the wife and only drink 2 halves of beer,don't start idle chit chat with regulars and
then go home for my Sunday roast..
Reality..
Drove to the pub,the sun was out,started idle chit chat with anyone that would listen.
Met an American couple,he drank fizzy lager.Took a few pints of real ale to convert him to real hops.
Car left at pub and me and wife getting taxi home.
That rule is called DMR

Most rugby refs are brilliant at seeing intent !!! Naas Botha once related a case when he was the manager of the Junior Boks...
Pity they didn't consider intent when the Crusaders player had a swing at the Sharks player...
