Cheers Bob and Ziets. I think there is potential for the stable today. Others have chances (big chances imo in the form of Prince F and Secret D) but I've done these 5 in doubles n up...

Hope you have a good day Ziets (said without any selfish motives), But, if not, then I hope you have an absolutely excellent day (said with huge selfish motives) ;) lol

Try n finish this off quickly then...

R4 Diamond Tiger was much improved lto but drops back in d here and though he could well win from a decent draw I'm on a watching brief to ee if the improvement can be confirmed at this d. I'm with Cloud Runner, good effort from a wide draw over 1200 lto when returning from 12 weeks off. Drawn wide again but Muzi up now and has run well over the c/d. Autodrone looks a big danger, not far behind CR lto on c debut and gets a good draw here. The surprise package could be his stablemate Trust The Pink, well beaten on c debut lto over 1000 but only 3.5l off the 2nd, this d may suit better and has got pole. Fit To Flight also likely to be thereabouts but the wide draw again might result in him just being a few lengths off success.

R5 Casey Ryder the unknown quantity and has definite claims if taking to the surface. You Go Boy has a positive breeding indicator but comes off a 30 week break, R1 idiot. Black Pepper the one to beat imo and Fly Me High likely to be closer to doing that than in his penultimate. but I'm going to take a chance with Queen Of Rock, takes on the boys and comes out of the maidens and not many follow-up but that was an impressive maiden win imo and done without extending herself.

R6 Tribal Code is probably a worthy favourite given that he was only caught late by Secret Delight over c/d on return from a 26 week break and now goes from being drawn 14 to 5. SD won with a little in hand that day but still only got up very late, assuming he has to come from a long way back as has been the case in previous runs, if the timing is right again today then has to be a major player. The stablemate is the one I like here though at a big price, reported lame lto and was drawn 11/11 on return from 62 weeks off in penultimate. Prior to that break he beat Hallowed on the Vaal sand, TC was beaten 4.25l by the same horse in his penultimate run, also on the Vaal sand. Now on 3rd run after a rest and from a good draw in 4, I think Soldiersailor is well worth an e/w idiot.

On ability #s 5 upwards aren't in with a win chance in R5

If there was a market Black Pepper upwards
or Great Fox,Boston,Matteo and FMH what should the odds be

R7 unusually :) I am not with Richie and I think there is a good chance Topostwego will take to the surface. Despite my recent education (thanks to PK regarding the stable jock situation :) ), I still prefer Chambers up on a Spies horse and the indicators to me are this one will be a big runner. Not prepared to support at the price but won't back against. Stablemate All The Bids could take advantage if TPWG does not act. I am again with WP in thinking the e/w or place value could well be Modus Tollendi.

R8 As mentioned before, I think Carlisie will be tough to beat assuming the improved form of late is continued. I quite liked the stablemate to shock but with that one now a non-runner the only possible danger I see is Dansili Express who could improve again with blinkers on and at the prices may be the better option with an e/w.

R9 The favourite again, Katanga, is tough to oppose for me on recent form. Like A Willow must be respected on c debut with the stable in good form but the draw of 12 is not a plus and there is nothing in the breeding to suggest she will definitely take to the surface. Jet For Joy on the other hand does have a breeding positive and gets a good draw in 3, just concerned that turf form recently has not been the best but not to be ignored and no surprise to me if she wins. Cadillac Baby looks held by Katanga but could run into the places if the perceived start of a return to form lto is continued. Others could shock if returning to form but the possible value to me is again a Ziets horse, Dare To Be Grand. Had plenty issues in running in many of her runs prior to a 14 week break, if she is fit and ready though then on some of her previous form she would be a big runner here imo.

That was all a bit rushed, sorry! but hopefully got my main fancies in! lol

Be(s)t of luck to all

My idiot selection for today is Razzle My Tazzle in the feature. Ran a good race on the course and was running on, light weight and a good draw. Topostwego looks the right one if all the travelling hasn't got to him. So will take the 20/1 EW on Razzle My Tazzle.

My double for the day is Black Pepper and Carlisie.

Play well.

Don't blame (or thank! lol) the messenger but for those who can't get the interviews... both Stef and Gunter said in the interview that they didn't think they have very strong cards today but both made a point of mentioning that Commanderincharge works very well on the sand at home and could be a big runner if bringing that work to the course

Thank you all those who commented

Fort Success looks too good for this field in R2

R3 Jock Nyawo has a very good strike rate for this trainer. However I cant see why the Shams cant have back to back victories with ILLISSABETTA. 2,3,8 and 10 to be in the final shake up as well

R4 Trust the Pink had a decent debut on the Track. Sure she would have come on from that run. I know there are quite a few with great form, but this one will not surpise me if it ran into the places

R 5 Too many with a chance

R6 Tribal Code

R7 Box the 4 Spies runner with anything you like

R8 Carlisie, Dansili and a faint place hope for Campbell Black

R9 Astro vison to make up backend of Trifectas and QT's. Katanga and Dare to fight out the top spot

Enjoy the afternoon
