Arsenal and Chelsea strikers are both out injured. Giroud will be out until January and Costa has done his hamstring in training.

not sure but wont play against Everton this week then there is a break. Remember he had the same problem in Spain last season and missed a few matches then played in the final and went off after 15 minutes.

I really feel arsenal made the worst buy of the season. IMO, Sanchez is not the class he is made out to be.. Even at barca, he didn't make me sit up and say wow! Yes he scored last night, but I have not been overly impressed...

You have to realise that the guys coming from Spain speak very little or no English, its a new country and they are over eager to impress and also the price tag on their heads. Give him a couple of months and once Walcott is back in the team they will fly. Ozil will be much better this season. Costa at Chelsea has started off well but then he has played against 2 promoted sides. Lets see how he goes against Man City and the other top sides. That was the problem with Spurs last season and now their new players are starting to show how good they are.

Palace have taken back Warnock as their manager. Big chance of going down now
Torres is wanted by Milan but he does not want to take a pay cut. I mean he earns £720k a month. How greedy can one be.
Zaha the ex Palace player signed by Man United looks like he is going back to Palace
Alex Song ex Arsenal and now Barcelona midfielder is wanted by West Ham and Tottenham.

The 3rd round of matches already
SATURDAY
Burnley v Man United
Man City v Stoke City
Newcastle v Palace
QPR v Sunderland
Swansea v WBA
WHU v Southampton
Everton v Chelsea
SUNDAY
Aston Villa v Hull
Spurs v Liverpool
Leicester v Arsenal
Burnley v Man United
Surely Man United will win this one as it cant get any worse for them. Burnley are capable of providing a lunch time shock but I doubt it and Van Gaal will be a relieved man come the end of the match
Man City v Stoke
Mark Hughes would love to do Man City but it will be a massive shock result if he manages that as City look to have now started to roll.
Newcastle v Palace
This has the look of a draw as Palace will lift their match with the new, well old manager, back.
QPR v Sunderland
Sunderland should be too strong
Swansea, Southampton and I think Everton can have a repeat win over Chelsea like last season
Villa v Hull should be a good match as both sides like to play attacking football
Spurs v Liverpool another good looking match and if Liverpool lose then their confidence will be shot and I doubt if they will win the league then
Leicester v Arsenal could be a banana peal for the gunners as Leicester will be well up for it after Arsenals gigantic struggle in the champions league. Ramsey could be the match winner for Arsenal.
With the winter in the UK expected to be very harsh teams are going to have matches postponed, not due to the snow on the pitch but train services called off and dangerous conditions surrounding the stadiums for the fans. Come March and the fixture pile up will take its toll and that is where the teams playing in Europe will have the advantage by keeping match fit. A long hard winter is coming.

The biggest transfer mistake of the decade has been made by Arsenal manager Wenger for not taking Fabregas back to Arsenal as he had the first option. Fabregas will be the catalyst in Chelsea winning the Premiership this season.
