The 3yo filly Queen Of Rock has run this cd 06-30 the day Black Pepper ran third to Anger,
07-28 against Black Pepper when the 5yo won his third race and
08-18 when Wind At Your Back won
What we need to know to find the likely winner are two things imo
1 Is WAYB at his previous high rating or improving to that mark
2 Where would Black Pepper have finished in the race WAYB won ?

When looking at the performance of the filly in that race i get the impression that Black Pepper might not be at his correct mark just yet

I cannot see why also scheme can continue getting money laid on it at 4-10. IMO it's too short for it and will be running on too late. Field isn't too strong, so IMO, will prob come second.

Pirates,I had him rated higher (65) on that run but assumed that for some reason, not on the official ratings.I don't understand all the rules,so Pirates why would the horse be allowed to run below its official rating?? Is there a reason?

I stand to correction but if the weights are out and you happen to win then you run with the penalty but if you place then you don't run with the penalty

Race 1 no 3 Beez Brother - Purely on Trainer/Jockey combo
Race 2 no 1 Black Pepper - Last two runs on the course and distance 57.60 and 57.01 sec no other horse has that time recorded
Race 4 no 1 Son of A P - Only horse that have gone the course and distance in this weak field and then he finished 2nd
